All about the Sides, 33 of 50. Honey Glazed Roasted Carrots with Toasted Cumin and Fennel Seeds. 6-8 medium sized carrots 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 15-20g butter 1-2 tbsp honey 1 tsp chilli flakes Olive oil Salt Chives 1. Scrub the carrots rather than peeling them with a new scourer in cold water 2. Toss the carrots in olive oil and salt before roasting at 200c/400f for 20-25 mins until they are just fork tender 3. Toast the seeds in a dry pan for 4-5 mins being careful not to burn them 4. Use the same pan to melt the butter adding a splash of water then the carrot, toss them through until the water evaporates and they are nicely glazed 5. Add the honey and chilli, glaze again before adding the seeds 6. Serve with sea salt and chopped chives #foodtiktok #EasyFoodRecipes #cooking #foodie #recipes #carrot #carrots
