chipotle garlic mayo folded wrap 😋 a quick and easy high protein lower calorie recipe that tasted absolutely BANGING 🤤 416 calories per wrap and nearly 44g protein ✅💗 Hit SAVE to make yourself 📌 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g chicken Smoked paprika Tsp garlic granules Tsp onion granules Tsp lime juice Salt and pepper to taste 40g lighter than light mayo 1/2 tsp chipotle paste 1/4 tsp garlic puree Handful of chopped coriander 2 tortilla wraps 40g eatlean cheese 20g chilli heatwave doritos 💗Start by seasoning the chicken with tsp smoked paprika, garlic and onion granules, salt and pepper to taste along with the lime juice. Mix well before pan frying. 💗Mix together the mayo, chipotle paste, garlic puree, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, mix well before adding two tbsp water and seasoning with a pinch of salt. Fold in the coriander. 💗 Remove the chicken from the pan, shred with two forks. Microwave the tortillas for 10-15 seconds until warm 💗 Make a cut half way down the middle of the tortilla wraps, add the lettuce, the chipotle sauce, the shredded chicken, cheese and the doritos (they were meant to go on the cheese layer to stop them going soggy). Fold carefully before pan frying a couple of minutes each side until golden.
