Currently my fav Easy Healthy Dinner! It’s Italian Sausage, Veggies and Rice ✨ Ingredients: 3 cut up peppers, 4 @Aidells Sausage italian chicken, 1/2 onion sliced Sauce: 1-2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp italian seasoning, 1 tsp salt and pepper (I like the blend by Kinders), and a heaping 1 tbsp of minced garlic! —Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes.
