Ingredients Vegetable Quantity: for 400g pasta I took 1 large carrot, 1 cup cabbage, 1 capsicum, 1 medium onion & 1 big tomato. 1 bulb garlic, 2 inches ginger, 2-3 green chilies. Method & other ingredients: * Add Oil in a wok & fry freshly chopped Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilies until aromatic. * Add 1 Chopped Tomato. Cover for few minutes. * Then uncover & smash with back of spoon. * Add 500g Chicken Mince. Fry for 5 mins. * Add seasonings: 1tsp each of Chili Flakes, Red Chili, Black Pepper, Brown Sugar, 1 Chicken Cube or more. * Add julian cut Onions & Carrots along with other sauces:Dark Soy Sauce 1tbsp, Soy Sauce 3-4 tbsp,Sriracha 1tbsp. Stir fry for a minute. * Add julian cut Cabbage & Capsicum. Stir Fry for a minute. * Add Boiled Pasta along with 1/4 cup water or pasta water.
