Macros per pita: 535 cal | 57g protein | 16g fat | 36g carbs | makes 5 pitas Ingredients: * 800g chicken breast (about 3 breasts, sliced) * 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt * 1 tsp olive oil * 1/2 lemon juiced * 1 tbsp minced garlic * 2 – 2.5 tsp salt * 1 tsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp cumin * 1 tsp oregano * 1 tsp coriander * 1 tsp course black pepper * 5 ct of 6in pita rounds (kronos brand was used) * 1 large tomato * 1 red onion * 1/2 seedless or persian cucumber * 10 tbsp cedar lane brand tzatziki sauce (about 2 tbsp per pita notes: * slice chicken breast in half so it’s not so thick (would be 6 breasts total after) * season chicken with listed seasoning above and allow it to marinate for atleast 1 hr in fridge) * sear chicken over medium/high heat until done (about 5 to 8 min each side) — try to allow it to char) * warm pitas in a pan with avocado cooking spray oil * combine diced tomato, onion and cucumber in a bowl with lemon juice and salt/pepper to taste * you can make the sauce homemade if you prefer, all you need is cucumber, greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt and dill! #highprotein #protein #chicken #pita #gyros #foodie #weightloss #gymfood #macrofriendly #caloriedeficit #fatloss #lowfat #quickrecipes #easyrecipe
