Low Carb Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients:

– 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 tbsp sweetener (such as Stevia or erythritol)

– Optional toppings: whipped cream, nuts, berries

Instructions:
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.
2. Add the cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Divide the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
