Loaded Chicken This is a quick and easy weeknight meal that the whole family will love! RECIPE – Makes 6 servings INGREDIENTS: 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 cups shredded Kraft Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese 8 oz softened cream cheese 6 slices of cooked bacon 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup sour cream 1 green onion sliced 1 tsp garlic powder salt & pepper to taste 1-2 Tbsp chives DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Slice the chicken in half to make them thinner and then place them in a greased 9×13 baking dish. 3. Season with salt & pepper. 4. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, half of the bacon, half of the green onions and half of the shredded cheese. 5. Spread the mixture all over the chicken breasts and then top with the remaining cheese. 6. Bake for 25-30 min or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. 7. Garnish with remaining bacon crumbles and chives. *My family ate theirs with tortellini and drizzled some of the juices on top. I ate mine with steamed broccoli.
