smoked paprika garlic pasta 😮‍💨 this quick and easy pasta recipe is one I have on rotation when I need something BANGING & fast before I’m hangry 🤣💗 less than 460 calories per portion & 42.4g protein ✅ Hit SAVE for your next dinner 📌 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g chicken breast diced Smoked paprika Salt Pepper 120g dry pasta 1.5 tsp garlic puree Tsp tomato puree Tbsp lemon juice 100ml single light cream – elmea Crumbled chicken stock cube 10g parmesan Chopped handful of parsley 💗Season the chicken well with 1.5 tsp smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Rub in well before adding to a frying pan. Once cooked, remove from the pan. 💗Bring the pasta to boil in a salted pan of water. 💗In the frying pan, add the garlic, tomato puree, salt and pepper to taste, lemon juice, mix well and add the cream. Combine then add a tsp of smoked paprika. 💗Add 80ml water, the crumbled chicken stock cube, parmesan and return the chicken to the pan for a few minutes before combining the pasta and 3/4 of the chopped parsley. 💗Serve with the remaining parsley on top.
